Candle Lighting Form

Please put candles in the following order: (1) Memory candles (if any), (2) Grandparents and (3) Grandparents. Then, please list, in order of their lighting, any Great Aunts & Great Uncles, Aunts & Uncles, Cousins, Adult Friends, School/Camp Friends, Sisters, Brothers, Parents and Guests of Honor.

Please note: The number of candles varies for each family and for each affair. Although we require at least 13 candles for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah and at least 16 for a Sweet 16, we do suggest that you keep as close to those numbers as possible. This will assure maximum dance time for each candle & accompanying song. Thank You!
